We are a community-based, full-service photography & design studio located in Bath, Maine. Our goal is to help you document your life's events and provide you with a final 'forever' piece of art - an album, a framed canvas print for your wall, a banner for your graduate... the options are endless.
Photography services we offer to help tell your story:
- Natural, real-life photography. From newborn babies through to the big huge extended family photo with all the great-grandparents and crazy cousins, we offer a natural, documentary-style coverage of all life events - weddings, families, children, seniors, BFFs, community events, sporting events, theater, and much more.
- On-Location as well as In-Studio sessions. We live in one of the most beautiful places on the planet. Just seconds from the waterfront, minutes from the beaches, surrounded by trails and mini-mountains for adventure sessions - we love to get outdoors and share these moments with you. With this coastal habitat however, comes challenging weather - sometimes soggy, windy, and too cold for comfort. For these days {and for our First & Forever Baby Plans!} we have our indoor studio, located in downtown Bath, Maine.
- Printing. 90% of what we deliver we print ourselves, right here in our studio located in Bath, Maine. When we need to outsource, we use the best professional labs in the country to ensure your story will last to be shared with future generations.
- Local. We support local businesses because we shop local! But also with personnel and product photography, graphic design for business cards, logos, and other businessy-type things. We also hire local, real-humans! This allows opportunities for other like-minded passionate photographers and artists to learn & earn along with us.
- Your Kids. One big, huge! goal of soggy dog designs has always been to provide unique and natural photography for school photos, school sports teams (sports, music, and academic), rec leagues, dance schools, theater performances and other significant life events. When photographing events we aim to capture the authentic moments that we hope will make kids proud to see themselves in photos, realize how awesome they are, and have these memories to share and inspire future generations.
